in this student residence we have beautiful modern rooms and studios, centrally located with an entrance along the pedestrian diestsestraat. there is also a large bicycle shed, shared washing machine and dryer and a large terrace for all the students. the common parts are cleaned weekly by our cleaning service. we work with a monthly flat rate for the consumption of electricity, heating, water and superfast internet. this price includes fire insurance, maintenance and weekly cleaning of the common parts, lift and waste containers.
