welcome to this cosy, furnished room of 16m2, with balcony and private bathroom. the bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. in the room there is also a fridge with freezer and microwave available.

in this student residence we have beautiful modern rooms and studios, centrally located with an entrance along the pedestrian diestsestraat. there is also a large bicycle shed, shared washing machine and dryer and a large terrace for all the students. the common parts are cleaned weekly by our cleaning service. we work with a monthly flat rate for the consumption of electricity, heating, water and superfast internet. this price includes fire insurance, maintenance and weekly cleaning of the common parts, lift and waste containers.
