this beautiful and modern student residence is centrally located within the city ring road with entrance along la mechelsestraat. there is easy access to the motorway (e40-e314). different sizes of rooms available. there is also a communal kitchen, large bike shed, washer and dryer and a large garden for all the students. the common parts are cleaned weekly by our cleaning service.

we work with a monthly flat rate for the consumption of electricity, heating, water and superfast internet. this price includes fire insurance, maintenance and weekly cleaning of the common parts, lift and waste containers.
