i am moving out of my wonderful colocation located in a beautiful big house (maison de maître) in st gilles, in november (should be around 15th november but the dates are flexible) and i am looking for a replacement to take over the room and the contract. the room is rented out with ikoab ( – a colocation rental company. the application is done online, and you can check out a 3d model of the house and the room at their website – house is jean robie, room no. 2 ( ). as you would be taking over my existing contract, the price would be as indicated here in the ad. the contract is set for two years, but the cancellation conditions are quite flexible. the way it would work is that you would sign an addendum to my contract to take it over (with the same existing conditions). the company would need to approve you first, and for that you need a valid id document, a contract of employment in brussels and salary slips for the last 3 months or other proof of funds.
there are 7 other people living in the house, and with you it would make 8 in total. the roommates are all young professionals, very chill, relaxed and respectful.
