nl : this new apartment is located in the leuven city center and is perfectly suited for expats that are in leuven for a research visit. the apartment is a penthouse, located on the 4th floor , with a stunning view on the saint michael's church (anno 1650) which is just in front of the apartment. there is a supermarket on the ground floor and a bus station in front of the building. the apartment is just 100 meters from restaurants/cafes, and the shopping street. no traffic noise of any kind.

the apartment is usually rented to expats who stay in leuven for a longer period. we prefer to now rent it via the formula.

the kitchen is fully equipped. wifi internet is at your cost. bed linen, towels and hair dryer are provided. this is a no pets and no smoking building.
