It consists of an entrance/hallway with a wardrobe, a bathroom (walk in shower, sink, wc), and one large main room (20sq/m) with a small kitchen area, a dining/working area, and a sleeping area, the double bed can also convert into a single bed for more space or to use it as a couch. It was renovated recently. There are multiple studios in the building, so I am asking you to respect the peace and quiet of the residents, no parties or loud music. I am also looking for someone who is responsible and used to keeping their living space clean. There is everything you need (bed and bath linen, kitchen utensils,...) and also enough closets and shelves for you to use. There is no AC, no oven, no drying machine, no bicycle storage.
