I’m looking to sublet my furnished one-bedroom flat with a garden for about 4 months, starting from the beginning of July (dates are flexible)., The flat is located on the raised ground floor of a charming maison de maître, right on the corner of the beautiful Place du Châtelain, there are 3 other flats in the house and a communal laundry room with washing machine and dryer., It features a living room with an open kitchen, a separate bedroom overlooking the garden, a shower room with a window, and a separate toilet., The south-facing garden is very private and peaceful — a rare find in the heart of Châtelain., The charges include the heating, water, electricity and internet., There is currently a cleaning aid that comes every two weeks which we can discuss to keep or not., The flat is very comfortable for a single person, and could work for a couple that doesn't need too much storage for clothes., No smoking and no pets allowed (sorry)
