Super bien située, la collocation se trouve à 5min de l'arrêt Ma Campagne, à 10min de l'arrêt Horta et à proximité de nombreux bus et trams. La maison comprends 9 chambres, une cuisine partagée, une terrasse, un salon / salle à manger et une buanderie. La chambre est meublée, et la salle de bain / toilette est à partager avec une autre personne. La maison est actuellement occupée par 8 autres personnes (3 filles et 5 garçons). La maison est internationale, avec des personnes venant de plusieurs pays (Belgique, France, Italie, ... ) et occupée principalement par des jeunes travailleurs (22 - 30 yo). 💰Prix : 625€ + 140€ de charges (Toutes charges comprises : Eau, électricité, chauffage, WiFi, TV, ménage toutes les semaines). 🔍Nous sommes plutôt à la recherche d'un/une jeune travailleuse, internationale ou non, qui cherche une collocation pour minimum 6 mois. ---------------------------------------------- 🏡 Where : Rue Félix Délasse, Saint-Gilles 📅 When: From The house is located in a quiet street in the Chatelain neighborhood. The house has 9 bedrooms, a shared kitchen, a terrace, a living/dining room and a laundry room. The bedroom is furnished, and the bathroom/toilet is shared with one other person. The house is currently occupied by 8 other people (3 girls and 5 boys). The house is international, with people coming from several countries (Belgium, France, Italy, ... ) and occupied mainly by young workers (22 - 30 yo). 💰Price: 625€ + 140€ charges (All charges included: Water, electricity, heating, WiFi, TV, weekly cleaning). 🔍We are rather looking for a young worker, international or not, looking for a collocation for minimum 6 months (If possible, minimum 1 year).
