It features a 180 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and an open dining area. ✔ A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and tableware. ✔ A modern bathroom with a shower and sink, plus a separate toilet for added privacy. ✔ A comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. ✔ A washer for your laundry needs. ✔ Baby cot (Travel Pack 'n Play) available on request (€10). ✔ Luggage storage is free for early arrivals or late departures. Guest Responsibility: Dogs must be house-trained, well-behaved, and considerate of neighbors. ✔ As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions. ✔ Late Check-out Policy: A 30-minute grace period is allowed after the official check-out time (11 .).
