Towels: ● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival. ● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee. For stays longer than 7 days: The first additional towel request is free of charge. The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee. Cleaning Request: ● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay. ● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Other Things to Note: - The property is currently in the process of being sold, so occasional visits may be scheduled during your stay, with prior notice. - A signed rental agreement is required for long-term stays with a 15 days notice period. - Entertainment: TV with Netflix is available for viewing; no cable TV is available. - Check-Out Policy: There is a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time of 11 .; a late check-out fee applies after the grace period. - Deposit: To protect our community and as per our house rules, we request a deposit of 500 EUR. This deposit will be released within 24H of your checkout if no house rules violation. - Locksmith services for lost keys have a charge of 75 EUR.
