The hall is used only for access to 2 other apartments. Baby cot (Travel pack n' play) is available on demand. If it is not signed within this timeframe, the reservation is not confirmed and a full refund will be issued. Other Things to Note: This property is offered under a minimum 91-day occupancy agreement. The 7-night setting reflects (hidden) search parameters only. A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. The building is protected by UNESCO and hence it maintains some of its original characteristics, such as steep windy stairs and wooden windows. Although we have updated the inside of the apartment to include all the modern features, the building facade has not been affected and hence there is some potential for noise (we do provide you with earplugs!) and some stairs to climb! We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
