this flat is located at nationalestraat 123 in antwerp, on the first floor at the back of the building. it has a very large separate bedroom with a window, a small outdated kitchen with a gas cooker (2 burners), a dish basin, a fridge. there is a small bathroom with a shower (you must bring your own shower curtain) and a toilet. there is also a spacious living room.
in the apartment there is furniture that may be used by the tenant if desired, (these include a table, 5 chairs, a bed frame without mattress, accessories to be provided by yourself, night tables, cabinet with television, (not sure if it works), old sofa, and some cupboards and shelves. however, nothing will be replaced if it breaks down as it is basically an unfurnished rental).
rent 670 = plus 45 euros for electricity and 35 for water and 25 general expenses. total = 775 per month.
flat is free from , 3 months guarantee and 1st month payable before keys are handed over. statutory entry in place fee once 165 euros for tenant and 165 for landlord. on exit this amounts to 50 euro .
