welcome to this cosy, furnished 25m² studio, with separate sleeping area and a view of bondgenotenlaan. the separate sleeping area is an added bonus and gives an extra cosy feeling when you go to bed at night. this studio has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin and its own equipped kitchen with dining area.

in this student residence we have beautiful modern rooms and studios, centrally located with entrance along the car-free diestsestraat pedestrian street. studios are fully furnished and have their own sanitary facilities, own kitchen with fridge and microwave and a dining area . there is also a large bicycle shed, shared washing machine and tumble dryer and a large terrace for all the students. the common areas are cleaned weekly by our cleaning service. we work with a monthly flat rate for the consumption of electricity, heating, water and superfast internet. this price includes fire insurance, maintenance and weekly cleaning of the common parts, lift and waste containers.
