the eilandje residence was slanted towards the norwegian sailor's church and thus gives space to the church tower and the town square behind it. between the two building volumes, the 'green' central section was lowered and opened up. the building forms a landmark at the entrance of the tunnel connection at the transition between the inner city, eilandje and wijk 2060 districts.

the apartment is located on the 5th floor. you enter the apartment through an entrance hall with vestiaire, separate toilet and storage room with washing machine and dryer. the spacious living room with open kitchen. next to it a pleasant terrace. bedroom with en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin.
