the apartment is very large (70 m2) and comfortable.
the entrance opens onto a very spacious living room (26 m2). it is a very sunny room with 2 windows. there is a table for 5 people, a 40 "lcd tv with netflix, prime video, google chrome, spotify and other apps, a double sofa bed and a sofa.
from the living room a corridor will take you to the other rooms.
at the end of the corridor is the bedroom.
it is a very comfortable and elegant room. it is sunny and spacious (26 m2). there is a double sofa bed with hypoallergenic mattress, another 40 "tv and a large wardrobe. this room also has a sofa bed for a 5th guest.
the apartment also has a fully furnished and equipped kitchen.
there is a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, italian coffee maker, capsule coffee maker (we provide the best capsule for an original italian espresso) and all kitchen utensils.
the bathroom is very comfortable, it has a bathtub. hot water is unlimited.
