this furnished studio is located in the 'cornelis floris' residential gallery in everdijstraat, centrally located between kammenstraat and korte gasthuisstraat. the residence is a former school building that was transformed into a unique project with apartments and commercial spaces. the studio is located at the very back. peace and quiet are assured here. the studio consists of an open floor plan, filled with a cube that houses the kitchen, a storage room, a separate toilet, a bathroom and a wardrobe. the kitchen is equipped with a hob, combination oven, dishwasher and smeg refrigerator. the washer and dryer are stored away in the cube.

the everdijstraat is located across from oudaan, korte gasthuisstraat and kammenstraat. hot spots, stores, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.
a communal bike shed is available in the building.
