we are renting out our beloved flat in the city center of brussels. located a few minutes from dansaert in a quiet and friendly neigbourhood. we have been really happy in this place and hope you will be too!
the appartment is on the 3rd floor of a typical brussels building that has been fully renovated in 2022.
the flat is composed of an entrance with a cloakroom area, a little office space with integrated desk, an open kitchen with gaz stoves, an extra water filter, a big open space for the eating room and the living room. a separated toilet and a big bedroom with integrated wardrobe and a beautiful open bathroom with a bathtub.
you will also enjoy a nice terrasse.
the building is lovely with a beautiful coffeeshop on the groundfloor and has guestrooms on the other floors, it is a calm place. the neighboorhood is well connected with the tramway, buses and metro (ste catherine).

all costs (except internet), are included in the price: electricity, water, gaz and common charges are all included.
the flat is full of light, has a nice wooden floor and is simply super pleasant to live in. we are looking for nice and calm people who want to build up lovely memories in this place.
